Darren’s first cookbook shares anecdotes and stories from the fifteen years he cooked in the Royal Kitchens at Buckingham Palace, Windsor Castle, Sandringham House, Balmoral Castle and on The Royal Yacht Britannia. The book features over 100 recipes and 150 photographs (both food shots and personal photographs taken during his fifteen years royal service.)
